His term as High Sheriff of Greater Manchester ends this week but I am delighted he will be continuing his work as a Deputy Lord Lieutenant.

Eamonn is a tireless advocate for charitable causes. He launched the High Sheriff Award Scheme recognising people for supporting others during the pandemic. He should have given himself an award for his own work in delivering food parcels!

Not all the wrong items could be removed from a staggering 58.7 tonnes of paper & card collected last week. So it had to be treated as general waste! The recycling process can remove some wrong items, but too many people are hiding wrong things in blue bins! #PaperBlues
