@CrossCountryUK @jonathanmc84 I wasn't on the train but it amazes me that, in your ticket price, you charge for a seat regardless of reservation or not, and you overcrowd trains. Surely you know, by now the peak times and can add extra carriages or just stop selling tickets.

I accepted not receiving my State Pension until I’m 67yrs instead of 60yrs because we were told the country couldn’t afford it, but it grates on me now when they have been able to find the money for unknown people that have rocked up on our shores who have never contributed a single penny. This is wrong & totally unfair.
