Yes, I agree with you on that point. However, I strongly advise outsourcing them from West Africa, India, Italy, or Australia. Kenyan architects are fraudulent they lack passion for their craft, zero creativity; for them, it's purely about money and how to milk you dry.

Let me educate you one last time. Exotic breeds such as Boer, Savanna, Red Kalahari goats, and pure Dorpers are mainly used to improve our local breeds through crossbreeding. Most local goats and sheep weigh between 15–25kgs, which may fetch around 10–15k. But when crossed with these exotic breeds, the offspring are usually double or even triple the size. A single male can breed 30–40 local goats or sheep in one breeding season, and the offspring mature much faster, attaining weights of 40–60kgs or more. Now imagine selling each offspring at 25–45k. That’s where the real profit is. Do the maths!
