Calving season is almost wrapped up here at The Hufeisen-Ranch — just about 4–5 days left to go. 🤠🐂
We also wanted to give everyone an update on beef orders and apologize for the shipping delay. We are currently waiting on final pickup timing from the processor and coordinating with the dry ice delivery truck to make sure every box ships in the absolute best condition possible.
When shipping frozen beef across the country, timing matters A LOT, and we refuse to rush orders out if it risks your beef arriving less than perfect.
All orders are scheduled to ship out Tuesday. Thank you all for your patience, support, and understanding while we juggle calving season, processing schedules, and shipping logistics all at once. Ranch life never slows down around here. 🇺🇸🥩

Yesterday I celebrated turning 55. I’ve worked hard for the life I have. I cherish my family. I appreciate my real AF friends. And most importantly, I love that I don’t tolerate shitty people, behavior, or treatment. I am not here to try & convince anybody of anything. I’m just me.
