@Shadowbandolero They use the ambulance bays & the blue light entrance just like LAS. Hatzalah medics provide a formal clinical handover to the A&E triage nurse. Hatzalah medics are often trained to the same level as NHS First Responders/Paramedics.

So when these Golders Green ambulances show up at A&E do they get to go through as NHS ambulances? Or do they have to drop at the regular A&E entrance with the rest of us plebs?

Witnessed a Range Rover driver (obviously) go to the wrong side of the fuel pump, instead of going to another he wrestled it like Crocodile Dundee until it was stretched to its max. My constant chittering of “knobhead” was only broken when fuel pissed all over the vehicle 👏👏

I attended the Reform UK rally in Suffolk and heard Nigel Farage speak plainly on the issues people keep raising: immigration, the NHS, housing, farming and fishing. No script, no autocue, no polished spin — just direct words aimed at ordinary voters.

If terrorism, the Govt would respond. As it happens I believe they have crowdfunded.

To all those idiots saying these ambulance might not be insured because it's a 'charity'. They are still a vehicle. They're not legallyallowed to drive on our roads without insurance. Are you really saying they only have third party insurance? Pull the other one. They're insured.

Regarding Katie Hopkins latest tweet. That's why in the end she ate herself and her career went down. She could have played it very cleverly had she had the nous to do so by saying controversial but mainstream things. But she had to be more and more outrageous as time went by.

These incidents have to be formally certified as an "Act of Terrorism" by the government (either Home Secretary and Treasury).
