Dallas Mavericks star Anthony Davis has sustained ligament damage in his left hand, sources tell me and @BannedMacMahon. Depending on second opinion and if surgery is required, Davis could miss a number of months.

@AlaskaAir been on hold for a minute. How long should I wait until my problem gets resolved? Asking for me.

@NickHawthorne2 @ChadinRipCity Yes I'm aware. It was an attempt at a comedic take on the last few years of Dame's previous tenure in Portland with seemingly every national sports writer suggesting that his best option is to request a trade.

@McCrow76 @ChadinRipCity Won’t happen and he has a no trade clause.

@GavinNewsom What I support is more education, less regulation, and more adherance to the 2nd Amendment as written. The fact that you, an elected official, now is advocating against the very document that gave you the power that you have, is very concerning.

@2ewl @aaronrgardner @johnholowach @RonFilipkowski True that this form covers the dates cited. In this case, his NGB 22 covers his entire career as annotated in block 10 a. So no, he didn't receive more of these forms. Also, how does a "CSM" only get one ARCOM and 2 AAM's in 24 years?

@hammackl @AdamKinzinger Except he did know. The thing about being senior leaders is that you know about deployments before alert orders publish. He knew, he said he'd go, then he didn't. He didn't fulfill his commitment to finish the Sergeant Major Academy and was demoted to Master SGT.

No, he had every right after serving more than 20 years to retire when it was best for him & his family. That’s exactly what he did. If his commanding officer needed him to stay longer, he could have denied the retirement request. Apparently he didn’t. Also by retiring, he freed up a position for someone else in the unit to promote into. Nothing wrong with his decision whatsoever, even if he had known about an upcoming deployment, which he didn’t.
