@AshleyGWinter I hear ya! My liver started failing the week before my twins arrived at 33 weeks. Everyone blamed all my symptoms on the pressure of carrying twins. Finally discovered the massive liver infection the day after the caesarean when I started hallucinating and refused discharge.

There were a multitude of doctors (OB/MFM, GI, IM, Neurology, ID, ICU, anesthesia), nurses, aides, ultrasound techs, consultants, & countless hospital staff, my friends, family, who got me through acute liver failure & an ICU admission to be able to keep this guy in till 37 weeks & a safe delivery & I am endlessly grateful.

He is everything 💞👶

That's the step you overlooked. Been that way for roughly a century. So, yep, we all voted and like our delegates' choice.
