@b0wseytoffeetit The money is in the Premier League and the Stadium. Unless Europe is Champions League, it's 'potential income' is negligible, especially when consider the extra investment requirement to compete in the competition. They'll be happy so long as we continue in PL.

You can’t, as a manager, blame results on not getting penalties, especially when the incidents in question didn’t directly prevent your team from scoring. You’ve got to make your own luck in football and in all of the games in question, we had points in hand that we threw away

@bluetom_tom One point better off than last season. How many games have we actually played well in? 5 is all I can remember - Chelsea home, Utd away, Villa away, Forest home, Fulham home. There have been patches of good play in others, but the majority has been poor.

The progress we’ve made this year has to be recognised. The fact our mentality has gone from we need to stay in the league to we can possibly get Europe here also needs to be recognised. What a job Moyes has done so far! Everyone needs to back him.

If you want Moyes gone, thats fine. But show me an available manager who has experience of going into a big club with demanding fans with issues to fix & done a good job at it. If the names you have don’t meet this criteria all you’re doing is shooting bullets blind in the dark.

It's about having the tactical knowhow and coaching skill set to set a team up, the skill and ability to use players of different skillsets. Dibling has quality, but Moyes doesn't know how to use it. Alcaraz too. So they're ignored.

@EFCLyndon It was entirely possible. Don't often get seasons like this where so many teams with strong squads just completely screw up. Chelsea, Forest, Spurs, Newcastle would all normally be well above us. Not sure why Moyes didn't take the brakes off a bit more.

@TheRobVera Surprise surprise, the same group of players who achieved 48 points for 2 consecutive seasons struggle to get more than 49 points. That extra point is what the KDH addition got us I guess. (I am very much assuming we lose next week).

Moyes is only a victim of the expectations he created and the choices he insisted had to be made to reach those expectations. He kept faith over and over and over with a defense that failed over and over and over when it mattered most. #EFC
