@bryceb88 @Steelersdepot I have studied it for years based on team outcome and have not found a correlation between teams who have a larger coaching staff = more wins.

sorry @Alex_Kozora, but you and @Steelersdepot need to read Brian's Batko's Jan 31st piece in the post gazette. Size and type of specific coaches added to the staff matters. More moving parts on the team means more specialized coaches needed to help young players
