@BeeNetwork Ahh, interesting. The screen at market street is showing delays on the Rochdale line due to a medical emergency, this morning the boards and app didn’t seem to match. Is this likely to be a teething issue?

@McrCommuter Hi there. We are currently running a good service on all lines, any delays or disruption to services will be posted here: bit.ly/46ghJIZ. We are working on features to improve the app which will be rolled out in the coming months, thank you for your feedback.

@BeeNetwork Can I check the status of tram lines on the new bee app like I used to be able to on the old metrolink app? Trying to find out if the bury line is running because there are no trams showing as due on the app.

@McrCommuter They will all wear their ID and customers are able to ask to see this before they present their card.

@MCRMetrolink Yesterday a colleague said that an ‘undercover ticket inspector’ (not in any uniform) was working on the Bury line, checking people’s tickets by getting them to hold their bank cards against his machine. Sounds seriously dodgy to me. Have you heard of this?

@McrCommuter Hi there. Yes, we have plain-clothed ticket inspectors on the network but they wear their usual ID to make them identifiable. Thanks.

@northernassist Travelling from Hebden Bridge to Manchester this evening. Two trains cancelled so need to claim delay repay. Website needs a ticket uploaded but the barriers took my ticket. What do I do???

@RealMancsy It’s a much more pleasant version of twitter, still some functionality to be added so currently no search/hashtags which might mean it’s not right for you atm but def one to watch.

@McrCommuter Tbh I’ve heard no feedback on it. I get my less interaction here these days but probably as I’ve been less active. Insta ain’t great for dialogue. I rarely use the fb account these days as have too many channels to keep juggling. What’s your thread feedback?

@mcrmetrolink, @MayorofGM please stop your ticket machines from printing card receipts. Such a waste of paper and there’s an option to print a receipt if needed. Ideally you’d bring daily tickets back in the app which would be even better as I can’t trust swiping in/out.
