This 100-bed hospital was built in Zaria under late President Muhammadu Buhari and was named after the former minister of Finance, Zainab Shamsudeen Ahmed. That hospital has now been renamed Renewed Hope Specialist Hospital.
When Buhari became President, he met the TSA even though it wasn't in use, but he gave credit to his predecessor, @GEJonathan. He did same with the Abuja-Kaduna rail which he completed and other projects. Today, those who claim to be Buhari would openly steal the projects he completed and name them after themselves. They do everything to erase all his achievements, but it will not work.
This is one is project banditry.

Every woman has the right to dress the way she wants until it’s time for Muslim women to wear Hijab.

A SHAMEFUL DISPLAY OF INSENSITIVITY AND ABUSE OF RELIGIOUS AUTHORITY
What @ProfIsaPantami did today at the burial ground was not just inappropriate, it was a blatant display of insensitivity, poor judgment, and an alarming misuse of influence. There is absolutely no excuse for putting Mallam Nasir @ElRufai on the spot at such a deeply personal and painful moment. A janaza is a solemn occasion, not a stage for public pressure or forced reconciliation. How do you look a grieving son in the eye, at the burial of his own mother and demand that he publicly forgive the man that is against him? That is not guidance; that is emotional ambush.
This becomes even more troubling considering that they were fully aware, long before now, that El-Rufai’s mother had been ill. That knowledge alone should have demanded restraint, empathy, and respect. Instead, what we witnessed was the complete opposite, an act that stripped the moment of its dignity and turned grief into a spectacle.
Pantami must stop weaponizing the title of “Mallam” to justify actions that lack both wisdom and compassion. Religious authority is not a license to impose, intimidate, or orchestrate public displays under the guise of piety. True leadership, especially in faith requires emotional intelligence, timing, and deep respect for human vulnerability. None of these were evident today.
And let’s ask the obvious question: what exactly was the expectation? Did Pantami genuinely believe El-Rufai would refuse in that setting? Of course not. Everyone present understood the unspoken pressure. That was not a sincere request, it was a calculated move, knowing fully well that refusal was practically impossible in that moment. That makes it even more unfair and manipulative.
This kind of behavior cannot be normalized or excused. Someone needs to speak plainly and hold Pantami accountable. Respect for the dead includes respect for the living especially those in mourning. What happened today failed on both count.
And babu sulhu!
