Yes, Using Facebook or Instagram can lower people's IQ by promoting nonsensical and misleading videos. These platforms often push such content while censoring anything critical of the government or related to activism, labeling it as violence. Also its sad to see bangladeshi comments on any informative video there is no discussion about the topic just useless spam.

My Facebook account has been suspended for allegedly violating their so-called community standards. My first Facebook profile was removed back in 2020, after which I switched to managing a Page. However, Facebook is far from being the only platform for activism, and it’s certainly not the best. Everything I write on Facebook, I also share on X and YouTube, often through simple copy-pasting. Yet, unlike Facebook, I have never faced any restrictions on those platforms. Despite Facebook’s refusal to recommend my page for quite some time, people still managed to find and read my posts. You can continue to follow my work here and on YouTube, which also offers a space for written content. Frankly, I doubt Facebook’s longevity, given how it tries to dictate how we express ourselves. We refuse to be enslaved by social media platforms controlled by algorithms and biased human supervision.
