The area where the trial is supposed to be has a smaller jury pool than a big city. Many people in this area knew these kids, or have heard of this case. If you're the prosecutor wouldn't you want to make sure issues with the jury aren't brought up on appeal? #idaho4

@smi15913049 Isn't it required for prosecutors to be given witness names that will be used in trial from the defense just as prosecution has to inform the defense of any witnesses they intend to use?

#BryanKohberger Again, I have to ask, why can't Anne state an alibi for Bryan? Either he has one that he has given her, or he doesn't have one? Why is it taking a year and now even longer to come up with an alibi or state that they aren't giving one? I'm confused?
