@RealityTVBliss I sure hope so but it just seems so unlikely. Any serious ransom would have included proof of life, just no reason to not offer it with the Guthrie family saying they were willing to pay.

Just a guess. Nancy Guthrie will return shortly and safely to her family.

@imdanabowling Jon Benet Ramsey was accidentally killed by her mother in a fit of rage after JB wet the bed. The parents staged the ransom as a cover up. Could there be parallels in this case where a caretaker accidentally killed Nancy and what is unfolding now is the cover up?

@WheelinGreg @imdanabowling It’s the son in law (common law son in law), and who knows why. Resented having to be the closest relative ? Some kind of fight at dinner that night ? Doesn’t have to have anything to do with Savannah and Savannah was in. tv headed to the Olympic

I think that the sister and her husband were tasked with looking after the mom. But were resentful. Which explains a lack of home security, cameras. Or even an emergency button ‘Help I’ve fallen”. (There was a pool, uneven terrain, w/her mobility issues) I think they told Savanna and the brother that everything was fine, when it obviously was not.

@imdanabowling Well the thing off with u is that you look like a walking skeleton and that you have no clue what you are talking about. But by all means give us your opinion and family blaming because that is what little rays of fucking sunshine like you always have done.

@PimaSheriff I can’t believe we have to say this, but why did you release the house within 24 hours and then go back to find evidence did you just try to help the defense?

We can’t believe we have to say this, but media on scene: please do not order food delivery to a crime scene address. This interferes with an active investigation. Please also respect private property laws. Thank you.

Hate to tell ya but I don’t believe Savannah Guthrie AT ALL. Her words sound scripted. Her voice sounds apathetic. Her face is just…cold and emotionless. And it’s impossible for me to believe that an 84-year old woman could just vanish to the point where the FBI cant find ANYTHING in the largest surveillance state in the world. And when you add in the Covid-level news coverage, it makes it even more fishy. I’m getting strong Law & Order “my baby is gone (but I secretly killed her)” vibes from all this. And when you remember how Hollywood basically creates our news for us, something ain’t right. Sorry, it’s the only logical conclusion.

My theory... Someone in the family did away with grandma Guthrie, pretended she was "missing" and it spiraled out of control. With all the media coverage, they had to invent "ransom notes" to sell the story, and now they’re stuck. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. All I know is, the truth will eventually be revealed, and the entire country is now watching... 👀

Does Annie Guthrie’s house have cameras? Would love to see all the ins and outs of Nancy that night. Was the dinner just a normal family dinner or was there some sort of argument that night?

Let’s not dismiss the possibility Nancy Guthrie could be in Mexico. This person of interest could be cartel related. Perhaps Sinaloa.

I've repeatedly seen people ask, "Why would anyone kidnap an 84-year-old grandmother?" I usually work in child and domestic abuse cases, but generally speaking, when we want to understand an offender's motivation, all we need to do is look at the effect they've caused. What did kidnapping Nancy Guthie achieve? The devastation of Savannah Guthrie and her siblings. That's it. And that was almost certainly the goal. Savannah is a brilliant investigative journalist who cares about giving a voice to victims, particularly victims of rape and human trafficking. She conducted the first major TV interviews of Jeffrey Epstein's victims, including Virginia Roberts Giuffre and Jennifer Araoz. Savannah's interviews kept pressure on the feds after Epstein's death, which eventually lead to the 2021 conviction of Ghislaine Maxwell. Savannah also reported extensively on the sex trafficking trial of R. Kelly. Once again, her interviews with abuse victims not only informed the public but helped keep pressure on the feds and provided a framework that ultimately resulted in his conviction on all counts. My greatest fear in this case is that someone in an extremely dangerous circle or organization decided that Savannah needed to be punished. Perhaps she got too close to something. Perhaps they viewed her as responsible in some way for the conviction of their friend or the release of the Epstein files. I am concerned that whoever kidnapped her mom was sending an extremely clear message that when investigative journalists stand up to human traffickers, their families pay the price. Because why would anyone kidnap an 84 year old grandma? To ruin her kid's lives. That's why.
