I dunno, merking their leadership chain to the point where the only people left are foreign embassy staff posting memes about how not owned they are seems like the right direction.

@PandasAndVidya It won't be dealt with once and for all lol, it never will be

@PandasAndVidya They shot down several aircraft a few days ago. Would Americans surrender to foreign powers who targets American civilians because they levelled the White House and Pentagon? Or would it simply not leave a clear head of state to negotiate with?

@Richard98093772 @DanPitzer @TArchcast Then they can’t do the job by their own standards. Haven’t been able to for decades. That’s your point? Is it the same for the Army’s tank brigades or the 7th fleet?

@MeadEnjoyer @DanPitzer @TArchcast "2014 report" This is nothing new. This has always been the Marine Corps for decades as I said. Youre reading hit pieces and thinking you have some deeper insider knowledge. Marine Corps aviation is not and will never be a major priority

During the Cuban Missile Crisis, Russia had nuclear armed submarines off the coast of Cuba and was ready to strike in case a war went off. The U.S. dropped “depth charges” to try and expose these submarines and bring them to the surface. One problem, the guys in the Soviet submarine thought the nuclear war had already started based on the “depth charges” and were ready to strike. Soviet protocol was that they needed agreement from the 3 leaders on board to approve the strike. They could not contact anyone from the USSR at that depth so they were given full autonomy. 2 leaders approved the strike, Arkhipov opposed, believing correctly it was just “depth charges” going off…. The nuclear strike was avoided, and all thanks to one man that is mostly forgotten by history…. The lesson there is that at the end of the day orders have to be carried out by people… pray that orders and responsibility fall down to men who have the sense to use that authority wisely and understand the gravity of the situation they are in…

"Ok, now have President 47 send a rocket to the moon on the exact 47th anniversary of the Islamic Republic's founding on April 1st 1979." "But why?" "For the love of Hashem, what are they even teaching you people in Yeshiva these days?"

@TRHLofficial if they cant agree on that they are too far gone. either completely detatched psychopaths or too deep on the MIGA koolaid. i also think many americans think iran is like afghanistan so its easier for them to imagine a bunch of ‘derkaderka cave people’ or whatever being blown up

@MattisRedacted Sure but US factories generally don’t work for free. The marshall plan lasted ~3 yrs. Most if Europe’s industry was ravaged by war. So American & European countries that stayed out of the war made very good money rebuilding what was destroyed.

No you don’t get it when Trump says “a whole civilization will die tonight” he is being hyperbolic and posturing unlike when Iran says “death to America” which is actually a very serious threat and should definitely serve as the basis for an invasion

@Richard98093772 @DanPitzer @TArchcast I perfectly understand the concepts of practice/training. Ask any good runner how they got good at running and they’ll tell you they ran a lot. I’m better at kayaking now than 5 yrs ago because I practice it often and consistently in all weathers.

@Richard98093772 @DanPitzer @TArchcast But you can’t train if the plane can’t fly. Just like you can’t become a good marksman without shooting. Being out of practice and unused to refuelling mid-air at night are the most likely causes of the accident.

@MeadEnjoyer @DanPitzer @TArchcast Again its the Marine Corps Its part of the culture Its been like that since WW2, was like that when I was in, we trained in hand-me-down gear from 15 years earlier. It helps build a force that is nimble and naturally resourceful
