@Hermesparcels I’ve had this message since 13th Feb. Customer services don’t call back. Can you tell me when the next working day is?

@Hermesparcels, you point to your customer services page who do nothing. 'I'll escalate it and get back to you', no call. Just spent 11 minutes on hold to be hung up on. My parcel will be delivered on the next working day, the message on 13th Feb.

SO late to the bhorta game, but after a beautiful bracing walk ‘Christmas Day Soup’ from the freezer wasn’t quite going to cut it. Had to substitute quite a bit depending on what lurked in the fridge, but thank you @Nigella_Lawson , such a delicious bookmark in the day.

@MeatSmokeFire I would recommend logging into your client area and raising a ticket with support. If any error is displayed for you or any other users, please provide a screenshot of this where they will then be able to investigate and resolve. 2/2

@tsohost Yesterday I found out why I couldn’t access my website you host, you’d blacklisted my IP address. Today I tried to show the site to friend, he’s also blacklisted. Can you tell me just how many IP’s you’ve blocked seeing my site (and others) on your Sputnik server?

@skystracloud Yes and service has miraculously just come back. I’m in Sputnik.

@tsohost after a day I’ve just managed to get my IP whitelisted after you blocked it. Now my server is so slow it’s unworkable. meatsmokefire.co.uk
