@RaAaKtheFox @TeamYouTube Je pense qu'il y'a bien un département, dans les grosses boîtes tout ce qui est compliance est généralement géré en effet par un département tiers que le service client qui n'est généralement pas joignable sans remonter la chaîne de management.

Donc on continuera à ne pas me répondre pourquoi ça ne va pas subitement après 10 ans de contenu et personne ne regardera ce que j'ai envoyé ou ne répondra à mes questions. Ma théorie c'est que le fameux département est juste une IA en fait, il n'y a aucun humain. @TeamYouTube

@RaAaKtheFox Salut, mon taff c'est de répondre a des chats comme ça pour une marque de luxe. Le manque d'empathie, l'impossibilité d'écrire une moindre phrase sans faute, et le ton hautain me choque vraiment, c'est incroyable. Franchement courage et je suis vraiment désolé pour toi.

@nexta_tv The Customer Service agent did the exact right thing. Full Stop. This was a security issue and he should have to go into a branch to change this info. Frankly if I was the Bank I would give that agent an award.

He personally called customer support, answered security questions, and asked to change his phone number and address. But the bank employee refused to make any changes and told him to come to a branch in person. The pontiff then asked, “What if I tell you I’m Pope Leo?” — the operator simply hung up. The story was shared by the Pope’s close friend, priest Tom McCarthy. According to The New York Times, the issue was later resolved.

In our previous years of schooling, we learned a lot of stuff in math that we all questioned “When am I ever going to use this??” The answer to that question for me has been to find clever ways to use it in my day to day scripting work. For example, making a camera rotate around something. It may not be that obvious to someone new to scripting, but you can absolutely use trigonometry to do that. It isn’t about the actual math concept, but rather, how you as a creative engineer find ways to implement it. I just find a lot of fun in using it in my code and I create cool effects with it.
