haven't smoked weed/tobacco or had a drink in 2 months. lost about 13lbs.. brain fog clearing up.. sleep getting better. remembering dreams. appetite getting better. so grateful for this time to actually heal. got some ways to go but i finally see the other side. #selfcaresunday
