@luckyu925 Chloe is a good example because that would be a similar sound/lighting setup and Normani could conceivably do 1K-2K venues, if she has the money to go on tour. I don't think the interest is there because she hasn't been able to build momentum after multiple starts.

@OverpricedVodka That’s not how it works. Flo (group) went on tour with an EP and unreleased songs and sold out every date. Chloe went on her solo tour and sold out every date with one album. Willis (band) went on tour with one album. If the demand is there, ppl will come.

Low album sales =/= artist shouldn’t go on tour. There are small venues for a reason and lots of artists you’ve never heard of sell out large venues. She’ll be fine.

One thing that NYC brokers who *force* tenants to pay broker fees fail to understand is that almost no tenant wants their services because it’s 2024 and we have an even better service known as the internet.

Each of the 3 just opened the door to the apartment. They didn't go find anything. Didn't show me a selection of options. I saw the listing online and then they showed up to just open the door.
And they want $4,000 for that.

My favorite drinking story was throwing up in my car from too many whiskey sours sophomore year of college and STILL didn't realize how often I was driving drunk until I moved to NYC and took the subway home from the club at 4am the first time.
