There's been so many bangers the past few years. The map design philosophy also isn't *that* different than the older games.
Only recent games where I had a significant problem with the maps were MW2019, MWII, and *some* of BO6.
CW, Vanguard, MWIII, & BO7 are pretty solid when it comes to map design.

This is in private matches vs bots with an LMG that has since been nerfed.
You can find a clip of an insanely OP weapon in pretty much every Call of Duty, but normally they get nerfed.

Funny thing is you could find clips of MW2019 TODAY of people spawn camping with LMGs on Shipment. And since the TTK is insanely fast, you could be melting people even faster than these duel wield LMGs.

@stocktoaster @ItzPerka Agreed. BO3 is the prime example of what maps should be. Each map with a unique specalist / equipment. You can even UPGRADE the sword on shadows.

@stocktoaster @ItzPerka It isn't fine though for high rounds. It's really bad actually. I also didn't mention horde counts and super sprinters. Legit makes training either undoable or if you can do it, simply unfun.

@MechyK_ @ItzPerka I mean the way the game plays now is fine only thing I can agree with is zombies damage scaling being a lil too punishing plus armoured zombies existence, the maps feel fine and actually require you to engage with it to get the wws which I appreciate. I wish ww equipment returned

Game will never be good until maps have proper depth (specialist abilities, equipment) and zombie health scaling / damage scaling is completely removed, armor included.

The Steam sale is what is leading to MW2019 being so highly played on Steam.
I doubt MW2019 has more overall players than BO7 right now.
