@MedalTVSupport you seem to have a problem with your z-index. The confirm dialog for deleting a clip is not showing o hidden behind another element. I can see the overlay. This also applies to the menu where you select the audio source

We are sorry this is happening to you. It looks like that authorized account is already registered under another Medal account. You may be able to log in to that different Medal account using that authorized account. From there you can disconnect it from that Medal account so you can use that authorized account on your main Medal account. You might need to set up a password in that secondary Medal account if that authorized account is the only way to access this secondary Medal account. You can also completely delete that secondary Medal account to remove all linked accounts from it. The Account Deletion procedure takes 2 weeks after the request is made and you will not be able to use that social account until this procedure is finished. You may have a Custom Game Settings enabled for the game you are trying to Clip that has a different setup from your Global Settings: Could you try removing that Custom Setting? To do that, go to Medal's Settings > Custom Game Settings then select the Game's Preset, scroll down and click on the Delete Settings button on that Game Preset's page. Please let us know your results!

If you mean the Meme Templates we had on the other Editor, this is a separate feature, which the Devs are looking into porting the feature to the new Editor. No ETA for now, but we can assure you we are working hard to recover as much as possible from our older Editor without having the bugs the old one had. About the audio effects, due to copyright issues, we had to change how the sound effects worked in the Editor.

@MedalTVSupport @Medal_TV Since this update and I am just being completely honest using audio and sound fx like the old way is not good. What happened to the audio we had ? We were able to search so many different things and that's gone. The new one is very bland. Having no memes well kinda ruined it

FPS drops are expected if you are playing at extremely high FPS (anything over 240FPS), since FPS in itself is not linear. This will also depend on the game you are playing and the settings chosen on Medal. With that said, can you send us your Medal Logs so we can check that issue for you? Step 1: Click on the "?" icon to get to Help & Support Step 2: Click on Scan Logs, and Medal will scan all the needed Logs. Step 3: Type on the Message Box below the Logs' Folders, a small summary of your issue, and include your Twitter username so we know it's you. Next, select Send Logs, and they will go straight to a developer to investigate. Please reply back so we know when you have sent your logs!

what are the goated @Medal_TV settings so I don't lose 150 fps when its recording. I have a 4070ti super, 9800x3d, 64gb of ddr5 6000mhz. normally get 390-500 fps in game @ 1440p, but it will drop to like 270-360 fps when medal is recording. (I want to record in at least 120 fps)

@slime_machine I've had sucess with OBS as others have said, but a friend who doesn't like OBS absolutely loves MedalTV. Seems like it has a ton of features, but some are locked behind a subscription

is there a better alternative to like a shadowplay recording buffer? nvidia app lags the shit out of every game i play because they are generating videos of rfk jr drinking milk with my hardware

@moonkitten117 You can disable the Webcam overlay by going to Settings > Video Overlay and toggling OFF Video Overlay. For the older Clips, sadly, once they are recorded with the overlay, there is no way to remove them.

@MedalTVSupport I need help getting the camera captured off my clips. Or is going to be permanently cause I had the function on?!?

Could you try disabling the Experimental Rendering in the Editor's Settings and see if that helps? You should be able to do that by opening your Project > clicking in the Cog icon at the top (Settings) > toggling OFF the Experimental Rendering (Faster) option. If this does not help, please create a Support Ticket so we can investigate this issue further for you!

We'd like to help - a few quick things: You can adjust clip length and quality in Settings → Recording to reduce file sizes Check Settings → Storage to set a storage limit so Medal auto-deletes older clips If clips are still taking up more space than expected, please submit a ticket at support.medal.tv/support/ticket… with your Medal logs so we can take a closer look!
