The most premature identical triplets ever born in the UK were finally reunited at home after 4 months on our @WRHNeonatal Unit!
@itvnews covered their reunion as lockdown restrictions lifted and River was finally discharged home to be reunited with little brothers Beau & Leo 🥰

@sdmcaleer @mcconkeytony @WyeValleyNHS Yes! Shifting the “wait” to “prepare” for surgery requires an MDT and collaboration for primary secondary workforce. IT is one of our hurdles highlighting the higher risk patients earlier in the surgical pre-op pathway. 🤔 Still unsure how to action this.
