NYE seems a symbolic date to resign, finishing in 3 months. After > 38 years in the NHS, the majority spent in one organisation there are memories & echoes on every corridor. Lots to reflect on, so many stories. What have I learned? Integrity is all.

There's lots of talk about this course, and the hype is to believed; it really is an exceptional learning experience. I feel very fortunate to have been able to complete it with this remarkable group of leaders. Would recommend enormously
