@Lantenac @FeelYouHappy Not at all. Tethered and guided. She is careful not to walk too fast. She is keeping at a pleasant pace for them all. They all look intrigued with the world around them. They are getting exercise and fresh air. She has remained focused on them to ensure she is not pulling them.

They are tethered together being guided while also getting fresh air and exercise and making the job of the two ladies just a bit easier because if you've watched little ones that age you'd know it's not easy. Work smarter not harder

@FeelYouHappy Its like treating humans like animals. Highly immoral and unethical and needs to be shunned by all their parents firmly. If you can't keep an eye on them, ensuring they don't get lost without adopting such tactics, don't take them out.
