🔱 Tino | 2RF/FRF | $636,100 He’s back. Tino Fa’asuamaleaui is currently being traded in by just 1/50th of the top 5% of SuperCoaches. Incredibly low for a player who looked as good as he did on the weekend and with his pedigree. Passed the eye test comfortably on Sunday, producing a line break, a try assist and a neat ton, built on an outstanding 80 points in base and power across 62 minutes. More importantly, he finally looks to have moved past the knee issues that disrupted the early part of his season. Outside of reduced minutes backing up from Origin against Melbourne, he’s scored below 76 just once (58) since Rd 6 and has quietly re-established himself as one of the best base and power players in the game. Yet to score a try this season and has managed just three major attacking stats. That’s not Tino-esque. When he becomes a volume ball-runner and starts finding his offload, good things tend to happen around him. He naturally beats tackles and is always a focal point through the middle. The draw only adds to the appeal. The Titans play five of their final seven games at home, with five day games, an evening game at home vs Dolphins and a night game in Townsville. Plenty of matchups where Tino should be able to impose himself through the middle. Titans may be out of finals contention, but there are signs of life. They’ve beaten Penrith and Manly recently, pushed Melbourne in Melbourne and still have plenty of incentive to finish strongly and build toward 2027. At $636k, the value is pretty obvious. He reached $760k last season and eclipsed $800k his previous season. The pedigree is there and his dual 2RF/FRF status could also be useful for Twal/May owners looking for cover in RD23. With injuries to players like Tallis Duncan and Hudson Young, and Tapine/Mooney/Paseka upgrade options, Tino looks like a genuine POD keeper to me. At just 5% ownership among the top 5%, now looks like the time to jump on and make up some ground. #NRLSuperCoach #SuperCoachNRL #SuperCoachCounsel

PAYNE HAAS is the most traded-in player this week, by far… but are we fully convinced? Acknowledging that I expect another 80min stint tonight against Penrith where he likely scores 80-90. It’s a must win game but Brisbane are delaying the inevitable. Season’s dead. So if/when they lose tonight, I’m not so sure about Haas’ game time moving forward. I don’t buy the theory that Madge will keep flogging him for 80mins every week just because he’s leaving next season. If the Broncos are out of the race, they have young and capable middles they should be focusing on developing. Haas will still play big minutes, but I’d be surprised if 80mins continues as the norm, especially with Carrigan back. I’d expect something closer to 60mins. There’s also the investment factor. Will Haas be invested in the Broncos season once they can’t make finals? Does his output reduce? Does he have one foot out the door? Does he get shut down early if he has a few niggles? Wouldn’t be the first time. With only two remaining Reserve spots once your bench HFB and FLB are locked in, I’d rather attacking upside in the 2RF or CTW than load up on a third premium FRF. If you have the right duals, you really only need two dedicated FRFs with an IPap or Touchman sitting at 2RF to cover May/Twal bye. Young, Lucas, Olakau’atu and others all offer genuine ceiling, while CTW matchups can swing rounds. If you’re protecting a strong overall rank, buying Haas as cover against a monster run makes plenty of sense. But if you’re chasing from 5k+ with limited trades? I’m not convinced that following 15-20k other coaches is the play. Unless you’re replacing an injured or underperforming FRF, Haas doesn’t feel like a must-have. In fact, I’d be more concerned about his minutes tapering off when Brisbane’s finals hopes disappear than I would about missing out this week. I’m ready to Anti-POD. #NRLPanthersBroncos #NRLSupercoach

I’ve been seeing plenty of “complete” SuperCoach sides this week. To their credit, they look unbeatable, despite all being very similar. It’s going to be tough to make up rank without mass injuries or restings, so POD moves are about to become more important than ever. The top 5 owned players currently: Farnworth, Grant, Fa’alogo, Cleary, TMay. Can you go without any of them? #NRLSuperCoach #NRL

Matt Timoko | CTW | $580,400 The mother of all MEGA-PODs has arrived. Owned by 0.2% across all of #NRLSuperCoach Timoko will provide outstanding bye coverage, massive work-rate & abundant attacking opportunities with Raiders’ advantageous upcoming matchups. Canberra have a few volume runners out of the side, which also gives me confidence that he’ll be running 18+ times/match. He’s another one of these blokes, like I said about Isaako, when they’re healthy, they’re very difficult to handle & work-rate goes through the roof. Not to mention, he’s also playing for his job. He’ll be my VC punt this week. #NRLRaidersDolphins #SuperCoachNRL

RD6 - The Top 15 trade ins and outs 👇🏽 The Top 3 sells speak for themselves ✅ I do still think it's fine to drop down from Haas ($809k) and free up funds. Wouldn't be selling Fifita! Turbo Cleary Hynes is probably the order of gun trade-ins from Walsh imo. Twal No1 😍 Not too late for Sasagi, McLean > Jenkins for $ saving.

@SeaEagleSpur As a dogs fan this is absolute facts and wish more people saw it like this. At the end of the day Galvin outperformed Sexton today and somewhat validated the change.

Dogs pre-Galvin wins = Titans x 2, Eels x 2, Souths x 2, Knights, Dragons, Sharks, crap Roosters & a crazy 2nd half comeback against Faders. Flogged by Broncos & Dolphins. Yes, they were 1st & yes, changes hurt them but wanna be clear, they were absolute pretenders with Sexton.
Nathan@SeaEagleSpur

Reckon Dogs saw this season as a free hit - you don’t make the mid-year changes they did otherwise. They have Galvin now and Thompson coming, plus whatever else Gus is cooking up. 2026 will be the year to take them seriously. #NRLBulldogsPanthers
