The idea that someone would “pose” as a journalist by doing live reporting all day, every day, for two straight years — but is actually secretly a terrorist (when??) — is so stupid it demonstrates how much power Israel believes it has. Their excuse for assassinating a world renowned journalist — and his entire crew! — doesn’t even have to make any sense for them to put it forward. It doesn’t matter what they say, they can kill with impunity and they know it.

Very shocking: Israel has just killed Palestinian national team star Suleiman al-Obeid while waiting for aid in Rafah. I remember hearing his name all the time when the score of matches were announced. He was the top scorer of Gaza in 2016 and 2017. He played mostly for Khadamat al-Shati Club and Gaza Sports Club. He also played al-Amaari FC in the West Bank (2009-2013). He was named “The Pelé of Palestine.” RIP.

The decision by @PoliceScotland to remove @KNEECAPCEOL from @TRNSMTfest is outrageous.
There are 54 orange walks currently scheduled in Glasgow for the Sat before TRNSMT. All of which need policed along parade routes. All of which can go ahead.
