@stephlouise_ Coming off venlafaxine was very hard, I think you just need to remember to take it really really slow for a while and also keep in touch with your GP and slow decrease too. Also lots of anti nausea stuff - I really recommend gingins - and comfy pillows for the brain zaps

I’m really not shy to admit I have been on antidepressants for 9 years now. I’ve tried coming off of them twice already and gearing up to another attempt soon. Any tips for this would be really appreciated! (Venlafaxine is the one I’m on, notorious for being the worst to get off)
