This is extremely disappointing. My International Air Parcel (CX010343209IN) booked through India Post has been undelivered for weeks. Tracking shows it reached Ireland around 30 Dec, yet my brother has still not received it. I raised a formal complaint (2182802385), but it was closed without any clear explanation or resolution. India Post says the parcel is no longer with them, while An Post says they have only received an electronic notification and not the physical parcel. No one is willing to clearly state where the parcel actually is or why it is delayed. Every call gives a different answer, and as a customer I am left running in circles with no accountability. We are repeatedly asked to support “Vocal for Local”, but experiences like this make customers question that trust. If an international parcel service cannot provide transparency, ownership, or even basic coordination between postal authorities, why should customers not turn to private couriers who at least offer clarity and responsibility? This is not just about one parcel — it reflects a serious gap in service standards.
