Everyone at This Morning is shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Matty Lock, aged just 19. He was a delightful young man, a joy to work with and his passion for vacuum cleaners and general mechanics was infectious. His family came to the studio and they were so proud that he’d turned a childhood hobby into a career. We will miss him and send our condolences to his family.

@anazamora23 @EmmasKiddos The thing with the codes is you can’t exchange them as they are linked to name and email and then the ticket needs to be in your name! :(

@gays4kaz @anothersunosaka Deffo! I don’t think this was a good idea at all by AXS and TM. Good intentions but poorly executed. A normal sale would have just been fine (granted resellers would get some but that’s just concerts for you) but at least everyone has a chance then! Good luck anyway in case ♥️🌸

@MegCawe @anothersunosaka Exactly!!! I’ve gotten tickets for harry styles, summertime ball, reading festival and Noah kahan with no issues! It’s just frustrating knowing people who aren’t even fans get tickets and knowing how many ticktes will go unused/unbought because of resellers!!!

@anothersunosaka @gays4kaz I am not 100% sure but I assume the code is linked to name email address etc … it’s just an assumption not proven! I bet that’s where the waitlist people will come in if people don’t use their codes!

@gays4kaz @anothersunosaka It’s such a shame because resellers probably have codes. It’s shown in the pre sale where re sales being sold for £9,000! I got Beyoncé and the weeknd tickets and it was just fine. I don’t think there was a need for all this really! And genuine people won’t get a chance!
