🧠🍽️ What does early binge eating look like in adolescents? Loss of control (LOC) eating was more common than overeating alone and showed stronger links to risk. 👉 Focusing efforts on LOC eating and its risk factors may be key to stopping binge eating before it develops.

My 1st PCOS project is published! Led by Dr. Long, we reviewed RCTs testing lifestyle modifications for AYA with PCOS. Interventions generally improved PCOS sx, but the lack of studies testing comprehensive, evidence-based lifestyle programs is concerning. tinyurl.com/3r2vc2c5

I mentioned to a mentor that I am outraged by an in-press paper that provided inaccurate definitions of EDs, such as BED = eating a larger amount of food than others would. They said “you should write a response”… so if I don’t reply to your email today it’s bc I’m doing that
