There's a genre I really appreciated listening to on YouTube, I usually just searched for Dark Country, it's a basically a bunch of Blues Saraceno style tracks, it was really cool constantly finding new amazing tracks.

Lost Odyssey came up with its ring system giving an action layer to its turn-based combat. You equip a ring with effects, and if you manage to have a perfect timing while attacking, the effects will proc on the enemy. So timing skills are crucial to be good at the game!

i feel like i'm the only person who thinks that chrono trigger is a near perfect game not needing a remake-it's like lightning in a bottle and we know how easy it is to replicate that...
