Most people think content marketing ends after you published that article or blog post. Not true. The real work starts once the content’s published. Good content is nothing without good distribution.

@darth_na Content audits can feel like annual busywork. Using goals as a guide gives them purpose, but once you‘ve got data, a story makes it powerful. Use data to tell a story about the user journey. Point out where the journey gets hard. Then, make it easier. That’s the whole point.

@gregyounger 👏👏👏 The systems, processes, and skills that support content creation matter so much more than whatever topic you choose. This goes for both people and companies. Learn how to create content while creating content. Your niche will change over time anyway.

In other words, I'm not worried whether I'm climbing the right mountain. I know I'm learning HOW to become a mountain climber. Believe me, if I were to stop writing about web3 today & begin writing about any other niche, I'd be well positioned. I've put in the work.

As a birthday gift, a friend took me to experience floating. Have you ever done this? It was definitely an experience! The pod (& right on) can be a sensory deprivation chamber if you desire. I didn’t. I left the pretty light on.

@contentkuba I used to hate taking breaks. It would break my flow. Then @Tim_Denning shared this stupid simple tip to keep my headphones on. Continuing the music kept my head in the same space while getting my eyes away from the screen. I’d recommend it to anyone.

After every 45 minutes of work I take a 10-minute break. After 4 cycles like that I rest for 30 minutes. Works wonders for me.
