So @BestBuyCanada @BestBuyCanHelp can see exactly where my gift card was redeemed, admits it was unauthorized, and still refuses to help because “gift cards are like cash.” Amazing fraud protection for customers.

Hi @BestBuyCanada, My gift card was used without authorization. Your staff were able to see where the transaction happened, yet I was told nothing could be done because “gift cards are like cash.” Very disappointing customer protection.
