Hey @BestBuyCanada I bought this controller for my son this past Christmas. It was a spare, so we just opened it this past week. And for one, I ordered the blue one, and to my shock, it’s a red controller, and it’s clearly been used and returned. I can’t seem to get any help.

Hi @BestBuyCanada, My gift card was used without authorization. Your staff were able to see where the transaction happened, yet I was told nothing could be done because “gift cards are like cash.” Very disappointing customer protection.
