Centralized platforms fail at global expansion. Uber proved it - local competitors out-executed them everywhere outside the US.

I've talked directly with thousands of venture-backed builders, teams, and onchain infra seekers.
After a while, you start to dodge anything related to "lottery, casino, sweepstakes, airdrops, etc."
These categories ARE where most of the fraud, misaligned incentives, and short-term thinkers are.

Founder @Patrick_Lung on how people can earn as the house by joining their liquidity pool: "The only way to make money in a casino is to be the house. We're trying to say, you can earn as the house. You deposit money into the liquidity pool. It basically serves as insurance for the prize pool." "Before I started Megapot, I worked at a company called Uniswap. They're very well known for a liquidity pool way of market making. I took that and said, why don't we do the same thing here?" "This 1.1 million dollar prize pool, we actually had this on day one when we launched last week. We didn't sell 1.1 million dollars of tickets."
