@CoxHelp I was just told by the 3rd agent I talked to that my internet is off because they don't have the bandwidth b/c of covid but my neighbor's is on. What the heck! I teach from home. How am I supposed to do my job if my internet is cut off?!? I pay for this service!

@CoxHelp internet has been out all day 1st agent said we'd get updates (we've had none) 2nd agent talked in circles said NO to letting us talk to a supervisor then put us in hold until we hung up called back same guy answered said all call centers are closed and hung up in us

If you can't use the confetti Chrome extension, you can still celebrate! I've duplicated my friday slide and inserted a confetti gif. On the "first friday" slide I added a link to the second one and when everything is completed I clicked on the link and voila! Confetti!

@alicekeeler Thank you! Yes that's the step I'm talking about. When I use it no image appears. Just a little info so maybe you can help me find where I'm going wrong. I'm using the makebadges site and the file is a png. I'm using a chromebook and clicking get a shareable link for the URL.

@alicekeeler I'm trying out digital badges this year in my classroom and wanted to post them using google sheets but I'm having issues figuring out how to pin the image/badge to a cell. Do you have suggestions?
