@Eurostar my train to paris this morning has been cancelled however I’m unable to get a refund for the return journey only the outgoing trip?? Please advise how I get a full refund !

@swiftly_camila @thetaylight I have a screenshot of them saying the billing address doesn’t matter and it’s done based on the code/ account. This was from Wednesday afternoon. How on earth are they getting away with this.

@thetaylight I’m actually very tempted to raise this with the governing body myself but not sure if I can because I haven’t had mine cancelled

how are agents on the AXS live chat telling people that tickets are being cancelled “at random”????? that is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard and surely there is some law against it. it’s so bad nobody has a clue what is going on and whether or not they need to worry

@Hayley_swiftie I literally spoke to them on Wednesday and they confirmed that it didn’t matter if they used the same billing address?!

‼️ I spoke to AXS on live chat regarding fans having tickets cancelled ‼️ Main points: ➡️ this is done at random ➡️ orders will be checked weekly for more than 4 tickets per person up until the event ➡️ tickets MAY be cancelled down to a maximum of 4 per billing address

Several real fans who have not broken any rules are having their Eras Tour tickets cancelled for no reason other than being “unable to verify aspects of the transaction”. @AXS_UK Please can you respond to fans with an explanation and offer a solution for those affected?
