1) they know that nobody likes israel and did it on purpose so nobody pays attention that this os actually russian app (and it's worked)
2) they needed vpn and chose israel because of the first reason

In our app users can only translate individual words or short phrases, and then save them into a spaced repetition system to review and learn later. The main purpose of the app is language learning.
