NIFTY MONTHLY RSI* OFFICIALLY enters into OVERSOLD territory.
The chart below marks the territory where the RSI is oversold, whether its in 1997, 2001, 2009, 2020, 2025.. or even currently.
Of course RSI is monthly, and there are still 4-5 trading sessions to go to confirm this.
But the MORE THE DOWNSIDE we see in the next 5 trading sessions.. the HIGHER could be the probability of a super Risk Reward trade.
Nifty trailing P/E also comes to multi year low..

It wud be very tough to be whole time accurate in 2025 stock market as I said in the beginning. Market may go up in November but I will still call it a bear market. Started with 25300PE long (x375), 24900PE short (x750), & 24600PE long (x375) – an iron fly.
Then added 24900PE long (x75) & 23900PE short (x450) to build a PUT ratio spread, to extend downside breakeven.
Finally, yesterday I added 23700PE long (x375) to completely hedge the downside.
I still don’t have much clarity on weekly scraping, but somehow I’m staying away from it. Positional trades are tough for me to manage with this kind of randomness!

#Nifty – It’s another bearish candle on the daily chart, marking the 8th consecutive bearish close for the Index. There was an attempt to pull back towards the 24800 levels, but it failed to sustain. Today’s volumes were also the highest in the last 22 sessions.
Given all this negative sentiment, I see no reason to be long at this juncture- except for the argument of an oversold condition.
But an instrument can remain oversold for an indefinite period as well
The primary trend remains bearish, & the Index may drift towards the 24470–24340 demand zone.
Any attempts at a pullback are likely to attract selling pressure & may remain limited to intraday movements, unless we get a strong close above 24900, supported by a positive surprise from the RBI rate decision ahead.
