I have a different version altogether for using indicators. I use them according to their speed, relevance, lookback period, etc etc… Sometimes you just need to know whether market has entered into Panic/euphoria, rather than looking at the exact point.. This improvised method of using RSI was one such tweak.

As amatuer as your reply is I understand that you have no understanding of how Extreme Market Analysis works.. We wait for a cumulation of so many data points put together.. that even a event after a certain point doesnt shake the market any further… and then we come out with our observation.. Its easy to come out and just reply your heart, but its takes guts to another level to put an objective data point amidst such a turbulent times.
