@OfPhds In universities old non PhDs are on top positions they do not like to have PhD faculties who can do research..HEC is sending for post doct.to old permanent faculty they have no concerns for research productivity they will get salary even do nothing.

@hecpkofficial @MAhmedhec what to do if HEC is not fulfilling its duty to keep check & balance on students PhD teachers ratio.Mostly universities are run by temporary/ days wages APs ,how they will be able to make arrangements for research facilities with 800 pkr per lect.
