This is the state my pineapple came on my ubereats order via Sainsbury's. And ubereats does not want to refund me for it. As wel ubereats, Sainsbury's also disappointed me. I can't believe they would send it to me like this. So awful @sainsburys@ubereats_uk@SainsburysNews

I dont get why I got charged for it when I never received it. I answered the drivers call soon as he rang. So why im charged?
I messaged the ubereats app and their response is 'looking at my account in this occasion i am not eligible for a refund'
