I know no one still cares about this but i am proud of me for it anyways. 276 nights no midnight snacking! At roughly 500 calories a night that is 138000 Or 39.5lbs avoided Not an easy habit to break, and some nights at 2am i still want to snack, but it is a lot easier now.

Thank you so much for you’re well wishes, he’s staying in hospital he has a neurological condition which is making him have a judder in his eyes loss of balance and sickness. A sort of severe vertigo he’s having a mri next had scan, I’ll keep you posted ❤️ thanks

@Jacxdad3376 Take comfort❤️ When my mother in law died...She was my best friend,my confident, my partner in crime....I experienced my cooker being turned on, lights failing. To this day I hold true to the fact it was her, because it gives me comfort. Find comfort in anything... It is there❤️

I was typing to a friend in Kuwait about our lads Christmas get together on the 22 December.. my late mother’s birthday Immediately after typing that date the light in the corner of the room flickered on and off 3 times. It’s now working fine. No other lights in the room did that 🤷🏼‍♂️

Posted not for sympathy- we’ve no choice, I certainly don’t need that, but, to highlight the difficulties of care. Paul Scholes has highlighted it this week and It impacts - socially, physically and emotionally. Thankfully there’s two of us.. though we’re getting old and increasingly knackered. Pity those who don’t have anyone to depend on except a system that is broken.
