@DunelmUK @Hermesparcels Had a parcel left outside even though at home (no knock). It was left by the bins in the rain so box got soaked. Item inside was velvet with no protective plastic cover. Not sure what is worse - unsuitable packaging or bad delivery

@qrsupport hi. We're flying to sri lanka Tue 2 Feb @ 15:05. If PCR test needed 72hrs before travel does this mean 15:05 on Sat 30 jan onwards? OR does it mean 72hrs before check in (which would be about 12-1pm), so we could book test at 2pm on sat 30th and it be valid? Thnx
