@EpicMada The issue I have with the show is the janky animation yes, but it's also the lack of vision. A clear vision of every scene( the angles, the pacing, tension, facial/body language etc) is needed. Instead this feels like a amateur made video game. It's so boring to watch

@corporatecake Ariel didn't just choose between being a mermaid or human, shes a goddess (deity) who literally turned her back on paradise to reside in the corrupt, unjust, evil world of man (literal hell on earth) and you wonder why people still question her decision??? Like really?

@WingsofThe @HynJng12 Not to mention Mirta and Flora's relationship was very queer coded and instead Flora and Damien became a thing. They replaced Mirta with Damien to avoid dealing with the elephant in the room. The reboot is Regressive on so many levels

@HynJng12 Unfortunately Mirta can’t exist in a universe where it’s very black-and-white with how they treat fairies and witches. She’s proof that a witch doesn’t have to be bad and even when she became a fairy, she still somewhat kept her aesthetic (If you ignore the color pink) and energy

I could be wrong, but this might be the first time we actually see a fairy decide to become a witch on screen in Winx Club history! I would be more happy/excited about this if it wasn’t for the fact that OF COURSE they choose Diaspro to do this with and it’s in this dang reboot🙃
