This is a bit bs.
Our clinic is having an atrocious time retaining young receptionists. They simply don’t want to work and break down when faced with their first upset patient.
There seems to be a complete disconnect between how much work it takes to establish oneself and wages earned.
The older staff have to walk on egg shells for fear of attracting a bullying complaint.
It’s almost like their idea of a career came from watching the TV show suits
