It is in NO WAY illegal to sell or copyright AI art in the United States!
The case law, which was reaffirmed by the D.C. court of appeals, refers to Dr. Stephen Thaler who created an AI system called DABUS that autonomously generated images. Thaler applied for copyright registration listing the AI as the sole author!
The ONLY thing the law says is that a human has to be the author. That means if you prompt and/or edit the AI art, it is now yours.

@ayesha_fatiima data stuctures and algorithms? if AI is taking software jobs why are you learning at all? DSA is useful to write efficient code and use computational resources effectively. especially when you need your code to scale to millions of users
