Consistency with whole food nutrition, removing all white sugar, and getting regular sunlight and sleep are how you keep infections mild. Give your body its best chance to fight and let it do what it's designed to.

Routine illness ONLY becomes serious if the body is in a state of chronic inflammation, which means your food/lifestyle determine the outcome of infections. Medical interventions (like vaccines) don't actually improve HEALTH, they often challenge it.

Govt. "Health" Committees continue to give almost exclusive focus to "life saving" vaccines. No mention of low efficacy, the flawed theory of herd immunity (esp. for inactivated vaccines), or how infectious diseases simply aren't deadly when the chronic disease burden is low.

The last time Republicans won the popular vote was in 2004, when Americans were concerned for our safety and the direction of our country. In a very clear message from the American people, Republicans have now officially won the popular vote, the Senate, AND the House.

So, multiple primary doses and 3-5 boosters are still causing people to get sick? At what point do you realize it just…doesn’t…work?

A 2020 report from NHSR found that 27% of ALL doctor visits resulted in a prescription for a BENZO. That number jumped to 62% for women over 65! _ 1/3 of these were also prescribed an OPIOD. Both are highly addictive and the combination is well known to cause fatal overdoses.

The CDC needs to start focusing on why 70% of Americans have underlying conditions instead of peddling useless annual boosters. If we improved our immune function and weren’t as susceptible to severe illness in the first place, we could handle routine exposure to pathogens.

The brand new head of the CDC suggests everyone 6mo & older get the new booster. She says, “They are safe and they work.” Define work. 🤔 Does it “work” if it doesn’t stop the spread or transmission of the illness AND doesn’t stop you from getting it? #AskingForAFriend 🤷🏻‍♀️

According to Pfizer, the greatest risk of adverse events from the new “booster” is heart problems in adolescent and adult males between the ages of 12 and 40. I.e. the portion of our population that biologically SHOULD have the best heart health and strength. Hmmm… 🤔🤔🤔

@hiegold @kevinnbass You never stopped wearing masks? And you never will? Did you wear them prior to 2020, even though there were dozens of different respiratory viruses that circulated, causing deaths, and you likely had numerous ones over your teen/adult years that you unknowingly spread?

Unpopular Opinion: Online dating culture is RUINING men. Men now want “convenient”, “low effort”, and “transactional”; and women who continue to allow that behavior in exchange for “being chosen” are unknowingly contributing to the rapid decline of healthy relationships.
