The changes made to HB 1200 regarding CDLs will remain in the bill. These include new English proficiency requirements for CDL applicants, and civil penalties for businesses that hire and train individuals right before their legal status expires. BREAKING: The Supreme Court on Friday ruled that President Trump exceeded his authority when imposing sweeping tariffs using a law reserved for a national emergency. Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion and the court agreed 6-3 that the tariffs exceeded the law.
