The chicken pox virus lies dormant, only to result in shingles later in life. It is being discovered that people who received the chicken pox virus seem to be much more likely to have shingles later. I also knew quite a few seniors who got the shingles vaccines and wound up with it. You do you. I’m over the vaccine hype.
